What is your "in store" return policy?

Rusticae- Country Manor Home does not offer returns or refunds of any kind in our stores. Exchanges for specific reasons like gifts, can be pre-approved at time of purchase if/when needed.

Inspect All Details: Please inspect all articles carefully. Many items that we carry are hand-made and have imperfections that appear to be defects. These are not to be considered defects and appear as craftsman features. Loose stitches, decorative embellishments like beading, rhinestones, sequin, ornamental needlework and/or applique should be inspected before purchasing.

COLORS: Garments may lose their color upon washing or drying. Following the care instructions attached to the items might avoid the loss or seepage of color. Care of the item is customer's responsibility and the quality of the item and color are not warranted.

SIZE: Sizes displayed on garments are only for standard reference. Customers are responsible to check for the actual size of the garment by trying it on and making sure it fits them. No exchanges or returns allowed for size differences.

Do you offer personal styling appointments?

 Yes! Contact us to schedule a one-on-one session.

What is your online shopping return policy?

Rusticae will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

Please allow Rusticae 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Rusticae will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping Policy

At Rusticae, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.
  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery is typically 3-7 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: Not currently available.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Inspect your order upon delivery. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, contact Rusticae immediately so they can assess and resolve the issue.

Do you carry items from local vendors?

Yes. Our store features a curated selection of goods from local artists and makers. You’ll find handcrafted home decor, art, accessories, gifts, and more—sourced from creatives in our community. If you’re looking for something specific, let us know and we’ll point you to the right local vendor.

When is your physical store open?

Rusticae’s Waynesboro, VA boutique is open:

Tuesday - Saturday from 11 am – 6 pm,
Closed: Sunday and Monday.

Store hours may vary due to holidays or special events—check before visiting.

How long does it take to receive a refund once a return is accepted?

Once your return is received and approved, Rusticae will notify you and process the refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.
